SHIPPING & RETURNS
Retail shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You will usually receive your item within five business days. Sometimes there are exceptions if we are temporarily out of stock, in that case you will be notified via email. Please let us know if it is urgent by contacting email@example.com and we will do our best to meet your requests.
Wholesale shipping is done through UPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you if you provide an email address in your contact information.
Returns and exchanges:
We want you to LOVE your clothes and we will do our best to make that happen!
Please contact us in advance if you have any questions or concerns about your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive your gear and get into it as quickly as possible.
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order or if you plan to return something at email@example.com. Returns must be received within 14 days of when you received your package for a refund minus the original shipping. All return and exchanges must be in unused original condition. Exchanges can be made for a different item or a different size or a store credit can be issued.
